Captain M.D. DeLoatch Sr. said the remaining warrants against Shawn Michael Morris, 36, will be filed Friday.
Morris faces 12 felony breaking and entering counts, 11 misdemeanor larceny counts, one injury to property count and one felony larceny count.
DeLoatch said 11 of the breaking and entering warrants are related to vehicles and one is related to the break-in of Washburn's Marina in the Henrico area.
The captain said Morris, who has family ties to the lake area, reportedly took anything he found in vehicles, from a laptop to loose change.
Multiple agencies have filed warrants against Morris, including those around the lake area in Virginia.
He is currently jailed in Halifax County on $100,000 secured bond and is being held on a fugitive warrant from the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Morris was developed as a suspect after he cashed in lottery tickets stolen during a break-in at Washburn’s.
