Eleven year old Roanoke Rapids native Chloe Moore led a young Southern Chaos travel softball team mostly made up of nine and ten year olds and no twelve year olds based out of Nash county to a 3rd place finish in 12u division of the USSSA  tournament in Wendell this past weekend.

Chloe closed out their first pool game coming in to face 3 batters with 3 strikeouts to seal the win. Then Chaos lost to the eventual tournament champions in their first bracket game 9 to 3 Saturday. Chloe pitched the first 2 innings facing 7 batters with 5 strikeouts 1 walk without giving up a run.

Chloe pitched complete game wins in the Chaos first 2 bracket games Sunday winning 13 to 6 with 7 strike outs and 5 to 4 with 8 strikeouts.

Chloe did not pitch the final game in which Chaos lost 13 to 1. On offense she batted  .700 with 3 doubles for the weekend.
