A Roanoke Rapids man who lured a victim to the Cal Floyd Road area outside Gaston under the pretense of buying a gaming system is wanted for armed robbery, according to the Northampton County Sheriff's Office.
While major routes in the area have been cleared, the big concern for this evening is when the temperatures are expected to dip below freezing, Roanoke Rapids Police Chief Chuck Hasty said.
