The Roanoke Rapids Police Department said the family of 27-year-old Jessica Lynn Kaye is concerned for her safety after reporting her missing Tuesday.

The family made the report at approximately 11:35 a.m. after she was last seen heading to Walmart around 6 a.m. on a 20-inch Huffy bike.

She called around 1 p.m. to say she was still at Walmart and had not seen her husband.

Police said her husband apparently left with her four children the day before. She may now be in his company in a faded black Camaro with Texas license tags.

Kaye is 5 feet, 2 inches tall and weighs 120 pounds. She has blonde hair and blue eyes and was last seen wearing a blue, hooded jacket, Nike shoes and blue jeans. She has a fair complexion.

She was wearing a double heart pendant and has “Kaye” tattooed on her lower back.
