A Roanoke Rapids man surrendered to the Northampton County Sheriff’s Office Tuesday after learning he was indicted on heroin trafficking charges stemming from a September investigation by the Down East Drug Task Force.
A Conway woman was charged Wednesday on counts related to methamphetamine production.
