Fybe, a broadband service provider and a subsidiary of Roanoke Cooperative, has completed its construction project in the town of Halifax, which expands services with fiber internet to over 400 homes and businesses in the community.
A Roanoke Rapids man who hadn’t been seen since Saturday afternoon has been located.
