Weldon man charged in alleged Severn rape

A 17-year-old Weldon youth has been charged with second-degree rape in a case that reportedly occurred at a barbecue June 8 in the Severn area.

For Lieutenant Chris Davis of the Weldon Police Department, an intense class through the Law Enforcement Training Center at Wilson Community College is helping him become a better administrator.
